5.3. Syllabus

The course, Legislation concerning cultural heritage, will address the following topics:

  1. Introduction to administrative law and to the public administration. The cultural administration.

  2. Introduction to the sources of administrative law.

  3. Grounds for administrative action and proceedings (I).

  4. Grounds for administrative action and proceedings (II).

  5. Legislation regarding cultural heritage.

  6. Assets of Cultural Interest.

  7. Public procurement in the scope of cultural heritage (I).

  8. Rules of building and use concerning Assets of Cultural Interest.

  9. Public procurement in the scope of cultural heritage (II).

  10. Immovable cultural heritage.

  11. Movable cultural heritage.

  12. Urbanism and cultural heritage.

  13. Protection of intellectual property. Criminal protection of cultural heritage.

  14. Special heritage.
